Camera icon   View Local Web Pages

You can view the web pages that you create direct from your computer without having to be connected to the internet. Since you're viewing local copies of the web pages, features that require an FTP upload (like area maps) won't be included.

You can also delete web pages from your local disk or upload specific ones to an FTP server.

Note: This is not how you should normally upload a web page to an FTP server. You typically do that as part of the web page creation process.

This screen is accessed from the main wizard.

Web Page Name
Local web pages are saved in the \Webpages\ directory under the main RoboPhoto directory. All local web pages are shown in this drop down list.

View All
After clicking the 'View' button, if this box is checked a master web page will be created containing links to all of the other local web pages on your computer. Otherwise, the currently selected web page will be loaded by itself.

FTP Server
All of your currently configured FTP servers, if any, are listed in this drop down list.

This only applies if you click the 'Upload' button.

For information on how to get a free FTP account, click here or see the FAQ.

Test FTP Server
Click this button to test the current FTP configuration.

This checks the FTP server name, port, user name, password, and initial server directory. This cannot confirm if the initial server directory is where your web documents should be located or if the parent URL is correct.

Edit FTP Server
If you click this button, the main FTP settings will be displayed where you can edit the current FTP server or create a new one.

View
If the 'View All' option is checked, a master web page will be created of all of your local web pages. If unchecked, the current web page will be displayed.

Delete
Click this button to permanently delete the current web page from your local disk. RoboPhoto only deletes the web pages that it creates, i.e. the web page must exist in the \Webpages\ directory.

To delete all of the web pages, click the 'Delete' button repeatedly.

Upload
Click this button to upload the current web page to the current FTP server.

For example, if the current web page is 'mywebpage' and if the initial server directory is 'webdocs', RoboPhoto would log into the FTP server, change to the webdocs directory, create a new directory under webdocs named mywebpage, change to the new directory webdocs/mywebpage/, then upload the entire contents of '..\Webpages\mywebpage\' from your computer to the 'webdocs/mywebpage/' relative directory on the FTP server. Huh?

This is not how you typically upload web pages to an FTP server. That is done as part of the normal web page creation process.
